Sophiie is the AI operating system for trades and service businesses. Founded on the Gold Coast in 2024 by operators from the trade services world, it is purpose-built for high-volume maintenance trades including plumbing, electrical and HVAC. The platform manages the full operational journey from first enquiry to payment, answering calls, qualifying customers, booking and coordinating jobs, quoting, following up and supporting invoicing across phone and digital channels. In under two years, Sophiie has scaled to thousands of users across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom, raised $5 million in pre-seed and seed funding, and built a team of around 30. It is a clear demonstration that world-class software can be built on the Gold Coast and exported globally.
