About äventuur

äventuur is a developer of experiential ’surf park’ real estate with offices in Los Angeles and Perth, founded by Nicholas Edelman and Richard Duff. The pair came to the sector from finance and hospitality, building destinations around artificial wave technology.

Each äventuur project is designed around three core zones - surf, health and leisure - combining an artificial lagoon with wellness, hospitality and live-events facilities. The company holds Wavegarden rights across several markets, with early projects underway in Australia and New Zealand.
