Our Story

Ryan brings three decades of trading and investment experience across Asia-Pacific markets, most recently as J.P. Morgan’s Head of Asia Pacific Cash Equities and Equity Distribution, following senior roles at Goldman Sachs and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. After 25 years based in Tokyo and Hong Kong he returned home to the Gold Coast to build Admiralty, where he leads the firm’s strategy and investment direction.

Amanda is a leadership and talent specialist with more than 20 years of international experience, having led C-suite assessment and coaching at YSC in Hong Kong and enterprise talent and culture at ANZ. At Admiralty she leads founder-focused due diligence, embedding leadership and talent assessment into every investment decision and supporting founders on their people strategy long after the initial cheque.

Stuart has over two decades of experience across communications and financial markets in Australia, Asia-Pacific and EMEA, including as Deutsche Bank’s Global Head of Communications for the International Private Bank. He helps Admiralty’s portfolio companies sharpen how they tell their story — to customers and to the broader investor universe — through brand, communications and PR.

Annabelle brings a 20-year career in institutional banking and capital markets, most recently as Managing Director and Head of Australia & New Zealand for J.P. Morgan’s Commercial Bank, with earlier M&A and private-equity roles at Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and PwC. At Admiralty she advises founders on corporate strategy and exits — trade sales, strategic tie-ups and IPOs — from early in a company’s life.

Sally has more than 20 years in institutional banking, risk and data-led innovation across Asia, the Middle East and Australia, including senior roles at ANZ as Head of Data and New Propositions and Global Head of Guarantees. As Admiralty’s COO she leads the firm’s operations and technology-driven operating frameworks, drawing on qualifications from the University of Edinburgh, Cambridge and MIT.

Paul brings a 30-year career across six continents in investment banking, commodity trading and funds management, most recently as co-founder and CEO of Adriatic Metals, which he grew from a $1 million explorer into a $2 billion multi-commodity producer, after senior roles at RMB Resources in London and Constellation Energy. As CIO of Admiralty Resources Management he leads the investment activity.
