Mondus Capital is the investment company behind Zeroo, a 0% deposit shared-equity home-loan platform for Australian first-home buyers. It connects institutional capital with its lending platform, funding the full purchase price under a shared-equity structure.

The company was founded by chief executive Nir Davidson and co-founder Lucinda Hartley, an urbanist and property-data specialist and founder of Neighbourlytics. Mondus has secured a wholesale debt facility and has been recognised at the Proptech Awards for its approach to home buying.
